The Insite Approach
In the same way that Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, and Finance are embedded in the day-today business operations, so too is a well-run security department.
When we stand-up a security program, we assign a team who will get to know your organization and will adapt our processes and communications to meet your needs and way of doing things.
Day One
We will do two things: provide 24/7 emergency response management for any matters that surface while we are building your program and assign a Security Lead who will lead the department.
The Security Lead is a seasoned corporate security expert who will begin to roll out the program and, throughout engagement lifecycle, will be responsible for the effective design, operation, and success of the security function.
This expert will:
- Be your single point of contact for the program’s operations
- Deploy, on your behalf, experts from our Investigations, Protection, Security Systems, Intelligence, and Travel Security teams as needed to support your program needs and matters that arise
- Develop a plan to bring all security processes, plans, systems, and protocols to a level of maturity that will ensure your organizations security and safety
First Week
Within two-days of the start of our engagement, our intelligence analysts will configure our intelligence platforms, geofence your locations, and create search algorithms and begin monitoring for threatening or concerning content. We will immediately notify you of any matters that require urgent attention and provide a plan to mitigate.
First Month
At the 30-day mark, we will complete two key deliverables.
- A Protective Intelligence Assessment which will provide you an overview of your current risk profile and which will guide our intelligence program moving forward.
- A draft security manual will address the full-range of security operations, including medical emergencies, suspicious persons and packages, life safety equipment, and travel security.
First Quarter:
During the first 90 days, we will conduct a corporate-wide Security Assessment that will help us evaluate the current versus desired state for each security function. The assessment will be conducted onsite and virtually for all your locations and will include interacting with your stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns. The assessment will culminate in a master plan that will scope and triage the projects we will undertake over the period of the engagement to bring the security program to maturity.
Ongoing:
Over the remainder of the engagement the security department will be engaged in four key areas for each security function as we work to create a safe environment for your team:
- Delivering on the projects identified in the Security Assessment.
- Managing continuous security operations such as Protective Intelligence, Travel and Event Security, Emergency Preparedness, and Protection Services.
- Managing the immediate response of our multi-disciplinary team for security matters that will emerge and require a thoughtful and experienced response to bring to satisfactory conclusion.
- Advising the organization on emerging threats and adapting the program accordingly.
